Cargill
Cargill's latest FiberDesign(TM) Sensation, a new texturizer and emulsion stabilizer based on citrus peel fibers from pectin side stream, designed specifically for skincare, is on display at the event for the first time in the world.
Cargill displays some products under its plant-based protein brand PlantEver, including beef-alternative patties and chicken-alternative nuggets.
It is also demonstrating the new sweetener - Clearsweet, which can help food and beverage makers advocate a "sweet but healthy" consumption concept, and widens the innovative product lines for the industry.
