In 08773545, an installation by Yang that spans an entire wall of the museum, the 26-year-old artist organized over 400 pages of her medical records from childhood, which are neatly displayed. She erased some of the text, including preoperative assessments by doctors and postoperative recovery notes from nurses, and filled those spaces with her mother's handwritten caregiving notes. These notes detail her mother's thoughts on Yang's medication, her recovery diet, and reflections on how to help her daughter heal from trauma. Additionally, Yang incorporated her diary entries and photographs from daily life into the piece, adding another layer of vulnerability and emotional depth.

In After the Conversation, a sound installation by Yang, the audience has the opportunity to listen to a two-hour conversation between the artist and her mother that took place in 2020. During this discussion, they covered a variety of topics, including their experiences with illness, caretaking, personal growth, perceptions of physical and mental health and the ideological oppression of women within traditional beliefs and religious influences.
