PM announces May 10 as Marka-e-Haq Day to be celebrated annually to honor?the bravery of Pakistan’s armed forces.

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has declared that May 10 will be commemorated annually as Marka-e-Haq Day to honor the success of Operation Bunyan Ul Marsoos.

In his message, the Prime Minister stated that this day will be observed each year with great zeal and national unity, highlighting the exceptional professionalism and courage demonstrated by Pakistan’s armed forces.

He also proclaimed that Friday, May 16, will be marked to pay tribute to the Armed Forces for securing a major defense victory and to express gratitude to Allah Almighty.

On this day, special prayers will be offered for the progress and prosperity of the nation and the country.

In addition, the Prime Minister announced a compensation package for innocent civilians who suffered due to India’s unprovoked aggression.

According to the announcement, the families of Pakistani civilians martyred in the Indian attacks will receive Rs. 10 million each, while the injured will be compensated with Rs. 1 to 2 million, based on the severity of their injuries.

He also detailed that the families of martyred members of Pakistan’s Armed Forces will be granted Rs. 10 to 18 million depending on the martyr’s rank, and injured personnel will receive between Rs. 2 to 5 million.

Furthermore, he declared that Rs. 19 to 42 million will be allocated for providing housing to the families of martyrs, again varying with rank.

Martyrs’ families will continue receiving the full salaries and allowances of the fallen soldiers until their official retirement age, and their children will be entitled to free education up to the university level.

A marriage grant of Rs. 1 million will also be provided for the wedding of one daughter of each martyr.

The Prime Minister affirmed that the federal government will take responsibility for rebuilding houses and mosques damaged by the Indian assault.

He emphasized the state’s duty to care for the children of martyrs and pledged to fulfill this obligation.

Additionally, all medical expenses for those injured in the Indian aggression will be covered by the federal government.

Finally, Shehbaz Sharif assured that the services and sacrifices of those who have defended Pakistan’s dignity and sovereignty will be officially recognized and honored at the national level.
