報(bào)道中，scout指的是“球探”，當(dāng)然，若用在娛樂(lè)領(lǐng)域則意指“星探”。在這里，scout專指體育和娛樂(lè)界的“伯樂(lè)”。
基于“球探、星探”這層含義，scout做動(dòng)詞時(shí)指“物色人才”，或更通俗一點(diǎn)“挖墻根”。看兩個(gè)例句：
