科技部近日公布大氣污染防治重點專項實施方案征求意見稿。實施方案主要包括重點專項實施的重要性、發(fā)展趨勢、現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)、總體目標、主要任務(wù)等。

China's Ministry of Science and Technology has started planning for a five-year air pollution prevention and control project, the ministry announced on Tuesday.

中國科技部周二宣布，科技部已經(jīng)開始計劃五年的“大氣污染防治”工程。

“大氣污染防治”可以用 air pollution prevention and control表示，科技部已在網(wǎng)站上公布了該計劃的藍圖草案（a draft blueprint ），且正在向公眾征求意見（solicit public comment）。

根據(jù)該方案，大氣污染防治的重點將由應(yīng)對霧霾轉(zhuǎn)變成完善預(yù)防污染的協(xié)同機制（a coordinated scheme）。文件指出，將推動科學和技術(shù)的共同研究（promote joint scientific and technological research），共享成就。

方案指出將著力于研究污染的起因跟傳播、對健康的影響（impact on health）、監(jiān)測和預(yù)警系統(tǒng)（ monitoring and warning systems）、污染管理（pollution management ）以及空氣質(zhì)量改善技術(shù)（air quality improvement technology）此外還將推動與污染有關(guān)疾病的診斷和預(yù)防（the diagnosis and prevention of pollution-related diseases）。
