百善孝為先，孝是我國(guó)數(shù)千年沿襲至今的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，孝敬父母被認(rèn)為是做人的基本道德底線。不過(guò)，近日廣州一民企設(shè)立“孝順稅”，以督促員工孝敬父母為由強(qiáng)扣工資，引發(fā)網(wǎng)友熱議。

A private company in Guangzhou imposes "filial piety tax" on employees. The company automatically deducts 10% of single employees' salaries and 5% of married employees' salaries every month and wires the money directly to their parents.
近日，廣州一家民企向員工征收“孝順稅”。公司自動(dòng)扣除已婚員工5%、單身員工10%的工資，直接將其打給他們的父母。

該公司表示，希望通過(guò)這一做法提高員工的道德價(jià)值(good moral values)。該公司負(fù)責(zé)人表示：“公司許多年輕人來(lái)自于農(nóng)村，所受教育有限(poorly educated)，因此公司希望能鼓勵(lì)他們盡孝道(inspire filial respect among them for their parents)。我們招聘新員工時(shí)，員工須認(rèn)同這個(gè)規(guī)定，否認(rèn)將不予招錄(will not be hired)。一入職，員工就要提供父母的銀行賬戶(hù)(bank account)?！?/p>

據(jù)悉，公司還定期舉辦定期講座(holds regular classes)，教育員工要盡孝道(filial piety)。

不過(guò)，該做法引發(fā)網(wǎng)友熱議(triggered discussion)，有人認(rèn)為該公司做法過(guò)頭了(the comapny has gone too far)。

"Filial piety is filial piety, and salary is salary...Salaries are for the employees not for their parents. They should just mind their own business," said a user of the Weibo microblog site.
一位網(wǎng)友發(fā)微博表示：“孝順是孝順，工資是工資……工資是給員工的，不是給父母的，公司只要管好自己的事就行了?！?/p>

另一些人則認(rèn)為，公司這樣做還違反了員工的權(quán)利(violating employee rights)。

當(dāng)然，也有對(duì)這一做法表示贊同(praised the move)的網(wǎng)友。一位網(wǎng)友表示，現(xiàn)在的年輕人就知道掙錢(qián)自己花(earn money for themselves and spend it on themselves)，很少關(guān)愛(ài)家人。

Other Internet users thought the company's intention is good but its methods are too heavy handed. And filial piety should come naturally from the heart.
還有網(wǎng)友認(rèn)為，該公司的初衷是好的，但是方法可能有待商榷，孝順應(yīng)該發(fā)自?xún)?nèi)心才對(duì)。

如今，我國(guó)正迅速進(jìn)入老齡化社會(huì)(aging society)，養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題是一項(xiàng)十分艱巨的任務(wù)。2013年，我國(guó)通過(guò)一項(xiàng)鼓勵(lì)孝道的法律，要求在外地的兒女必須經(jīng)常回家探望年邁的父母(frequently visit their elderly parents)。
