Despite being around for well over a decade, there are few set rules of 'digital etiquette' that everyone can agree on when it comes to using social media, emails and text messages.
盡管進(jìn)入數(shù)碼時(shí)代已經(jīng)十多年了，但在使用社交媒體、電郵和短信時(shí)大家都認(rèn)可的“數(shù)碼禮儀”仍然沒(méi)有什么定例。

Some hate oversharing, others love to air their dirty laundry whenever they can and a small number think it's acceptable to end relationships over text.
有些人討厭過(guò)度分享，但也有人喜歡喋喋不休地嘮叨自己的隱私。還有一小撮人認(rèn)為發(fā)個(gè)短信就可以分手了。

Digital etiquette, or netiquette as it is sometimes called, is a basic set of rules you should follow in order to make the internet better for others, and better for you. It’s just as important to treat people with courtesy and respect online as it is in real life.
“數(shù)碼禮儀”也稱(chēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)禮儀，為了形成更好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境，人們應(yīng)該遵守這些基本規(guī)則。就像在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中一樣，網(wǎng)絡(luò)上人們也應(yīng)該以禮相待。

受英國(guó)電信集團(tuán)委托，英國(guó)牛津大學(xué)心理學(xué)家在調(diào)查了2000名成年人后，制定出一套“數(shù)碼禮儀”，其中包括：

Don't 'over share' on Facebook
不要在社交媒體上“過(guò)度分享”；

Don't chat someone up via LinkedIn or any professional platform
不要在職業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)上聊天（如領(lǐng)英）；

Don't look through your partner's phone
不要檢查伴侶的手機(jī)；

Don't post to social media when emotional
不要帶著情緒在社交媒體上發(fā)布信息；

Be careful when hitting 'reply all' to a group message, if gossiping about someone
群發(fā)消息不要輕易選擇“回復(fù)所有人”，特別是信息內(nèi)容涉及某個(gè)人的八卦；

Never send a text or message in anger
不要在生氣時(shí)發(fā)信息；

Never send a text or message when drunk
不要在醉酒狀態(tài)下發(fā)信息；

Never post to social media when drunk
不要在喝醉時(shí)往社交媒體發(fā)東西；

Don't put kisses on texts or emails to clients or work colleagues
給客戶(hù)或同事發(fā)短信及郵件時(shí)，不要獻(xiàn)上“飛吻”；

Don't gossip about people on text or social media
不要在社交媒體或短信中聊別人的八卦；

Always text or message if you're going to be late for a social arrangement
如果某個(gè)社交活動(dòng)你要遲到，一定告知對(duì)方；

Always call work (the boss) rather than text if you are going to be off sick
如果你要請(qǐng)病假，給上司打電話(huà)永遠(yuǎn)好過(guò)發(fā)信息；

If a friend is a good friend, wish them happy birthday by text as well as Facebook message
好友過(guò)生日時(shí)，發(fā)短信獻(xiàn)上祝福，也要在Facebook頁(yè)面上表達(dá)祝福。

Never end a relationship by text or social media
不要通過(guò)社交媒體或短信向伴侶說(shuō)分手；

Don't ever text bad news, always call
如果是壞消息，一定打電話(huà)告知對(duì)方而不是發(fā)信息。
