中石油蘭鄭長成品油管道渭南支線近日在分輸投產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)生柴油泄漏，漏油進入赤水河，并流入渭河。中石油目前已啟動應急預案，展開搶險，采取多項措施封堵和攔截漏油。

The diesel fuel leak into a tributary of the Yellow River has spread downstream into Shanxi and Henan provinces, contaminating and potentially affecting the drinking water supply of many local residents.
泄漏的柴油進入黃河的一條支流，并流入山西和河南省境內(nèi)的河道，造成了污染，并可能對許多居民的飲用水供應造成影響。
在上面的報道中，fuel leak就是最近的新聞熱點“漏油”，有些報道中也用oil leak來表示。Leak可以指液體或氣體的漏出、泄出，例如：I can smell a gas leak.（我能聞到有煤氣泄漏。）也可以指事情、消息的泄漏，例如：The leak of information was officially inspired。（這一情報的泄漏是官方授意的.）Leak還可以指泄漏出來的事，例如：He has slipped us many interesting leaks over the years.（多年來他向我們透露了很多有趣的消息。）
我們還可以用divulge、disclose和spill來表示“泄漏、透露”?？匆幌吕樱篢he secret has been divulged to no one（機密沒有向任何人泄露過）. She refused to disclose her name and address（她不肯透露自己的姓名和地址）. Some would spill in spite of the gang's threats（盡管有暴力集團的威脅，一些人還是會把消息泄露出來）.另外，spill還可以表示液體的“溢出”，所以有時候“漏油”也可以表示為oil spill。
