China Daily | Updated: 2012-09-06 14:21

Barcelona, Berlin, Dubai and 20 other international tourism hubs will join their Chinese counterparts to showcase and discuss city tourism in Beijing Sept 14 to 16.

More than 54 members will attend the inauguration of the Beijing-initiated World Tourism Cities Federation and Beijing Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit at the China National Convention Center.

The activities will feature a world tourism expo on Beijing's Wangfujing Street, a citywide film screening of member cities and promotions of various international cuisines at Beijing's 140 restaurants.
